Thank You

December 10th, 2009 by donal

That’s us comedy’d out until 2010! I am pleased to say that 2009 was probably our best year to date with some of our all time favourite acts taking to the stage!!

My personal highlight was Tom Stade’s performance in March which was probably one of the best live comedy show’s I’ve ever seen. The man is a true legend in all senses of the word.

We also had great performances from David O’Doherty, Jason Byrne, Phil Nichol and Kevin Bridges. I also can’t forget to mention Kevin McAleer who is the best Irish comic around. Go check him out wherever he is playing.

As for 2010, we’re pretty pleased with the line up we have booked and will be hoping to announce it in the coming weeks. It all kicks off again on the 3rd of February for five straight weeks of comedy so make sure you have your comedy socks on.

Firstly, we’d like to thank everyone that came out to last nights show. It truly was a great show. It rates up there alongside Tom Stade’s performance last year as one of the great Queen’s Comedy Shows. I’ve just realised how many times I’ve said great show in this first paragraph, but then again it really was a great show.

Secondly, we’d like to give you some details about our next show with a guy you probably haven’t heard of called David O’Doherty. We are expecting demand to be very high for this gig so in order to make the process easier we are going to sell tickets in advance.
